Over the years, the plastic plate at the bottom of the shift boot on 87-93 Mustangs tends to crack or warp under the sun. We have your solution! The Auger 87-93 Mustang shift boot assemblies replace your factory shift boot and base plate. Our base plate is laser cut out of aluminum and then powdercoated textured black so that it will never warp, crack or rust. The shift boot is attached to the base plate via twelve Stainless Steel nuts and bolts that have a Black Oxide finish.
The shift boots are the same amazing fit and quality that our customers have come to expect from Auger and can be ordered as the stock length, or shorter for you guys with short shifters. Everything comes pre-assembled, exactly like the picture below to make installation easier. You may order the boot in any color combination you like (middle, sides and stitching).
